Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after confirmation.

We ship all orders only through ST Courier.

Once dispatched, delivery will take 7–10 working days depending on your location.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.

Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking ID via SMS / Email / WhatsApp (if applicable).

In case of damaged or lost packages, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and parcel opening video if required.
